From $65 per tripHeading away for a week — or a month? Through GoPaw you can entrust your pet to licensed kennels for as long as you need. No time limits. A current municipal licence is a condition of listing. We record the licence number and its expiry date before a kennel profile goes live, and the profile pauses automatically if that date passes.
Kennels must supply a current municipal licence before their profile goes live. We record the licence number and expiry date, and the profile pauses if it lapses. We do not independently confirm the licence with the issuing municipality.
A weekend, two weeks, a whole season — book the stay your life needs. Your pet settles in; you travel light.
Photos, notes and check-ins from the kennel keep you close to your pet, no matter how far you roam.
Screens captured from the live app before launch. Provider listings are empty because sign-up opens with launch.

One assistant, and it does one thing: it turns what you say into a filled-in booking. You read it, or hear it read back, and you confirm it yourself.
Say “a 60-minute walk for Biscuit today” and the booking form opens with the service, the pet and the date already filled in. Nothing is booked at that point — the form is just ready for you.

It cannot book, change, confirm or cancel anything, and it cannot take a payment. It is not shown who your providers are, so it cannot choose one, rank them or tell you who is best — you pick from the list yourself.
It does not answer questions about an animal’s health, behaviour or safety, and it does not explain our policies in its own words. Those answers come from a veterinarian, from your provider, or from the page that actually holds the policy.
Most apps assume good eyes and steady hands. GoPaw doesn’t. You can describe what you need out loud, and the booking form fills itself in and reads itself back to you — the service, the pet, the date and the price, spoken in full. The last step, confirming it, is yours.
Someone who has walked their dog every day for fifteen years shouldn’t lose that because a phone screen got harder to read. Say what you need and it fills the form in for you, then reads back what it has put there before you confirm.
The amount is spoken as words, not digits, and it comes from our price list rather than being worked out on the spot. A pause, a “mhm” or an unrelated sentence is never taken as agreement.
Speaking can fill in a booking, but it cannot complete one. Every booking is confirmed on a screen showing every detail, by you. That is not an oversight — nobody should be able to commit you to a payment by talking near your phone.
Bookings, live tracking and receipts stay visible in the app, so a son or daughter can check in on a walk from across the country without taking over the account.
From the moment your provider heads over you see them on the map. On dog walks and vet transport the route is drawn live as it is travelled; on every service you get photo updates and in-app chat.
Government ID verification and a background check are required before a provider’s first booking. Ratings, completion rates and job counts come from completed jobs only — never seeded, never invented.

Payment is locked when you book and only released to the provider after the service is completed. If the service isn’t delivered as booked, raise a dispute before the payment is released.
Pick a service and a pro. Price is all-in, up front.
Your payment is held securely. The provider knows it's there; you know it's safe.
Track the walk, groom or trim live, with photos and chat along the way.
Job done, pet happy — payment is released. Everyone leaves smiling.
GoPaw is a marketplace and a companion — with free extras that make pet parenting easier.
Browse local vet clinics and book through their own channels — free to use, with no commission and no markup. If anything you tell us sounds urgent, the app stops and points you here, and to the nearest emergency animal hospital.

An informational list of pet insurance options for Canadian pet parents — compare plans side by side and pick what suits your buddy and your budget. GoPaw does not sell, arrange or recommend insurance, and takes no referral fee or commission from any insurer.

A walk shows its route on the map, with distance, duration and photos — so “he had a great walk” is something you can check, not just hope for.

Your pet's profile drives everything — breed-aware matching, care reminders, and service suggestions that fit who they actually are. Biscuit gets Biscuit's plan.

Every provider must hold, in the name of their own business, a Commercial General Liability policy on an occurrence basis of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence, and Animal Bailee coverage of not less than $10,000 per animal, added to that same policy as an endorsement. GoPaw is not an insurer, does not issue policies, and is not a party to any provider’s policy.
Animal bailee is the part of the cover that responds when a pet is injured, lost or falls ill in someone else's care. A commercial general liability policy on its own excludes it: a pet is property in your care, custody and control, and that is precisely what the standard wording carves out. On GoPaw it isn't optional — sign-up starts with the policy, and the provider stays inactive until the declarations page is on file and its expiry date recorded.
Providers arrange cover directly with a Canadian insurer or broker of their own choosing. GoPaw doesn't sell, arrange or recommend insurance — we tell providers what the policy must cover, and we check that a policy document has been supplied and has not expired. We do not confirm with the insurer that a policy is in force, and we do not assess whether its limits, sub-limits, deductibles or exclusions are adequate for any service, any pet or any customer.
Identity and background verification are required before a provider’s first booking. You see who is coming before they arrive.
GoPaw records that this provider has given us a certificate or declarations page showing a policy of insurance and an expiry date, and we pause the provider’s profile if that date passes without a replacement document. That is all we do. We do not verify with the insurer that the policy is in force, that premiums have been paid, or that it has not been cancelled. We do not assess whether the limits, sub-limits, deductibles, coverage extensions or exclusions are adequate for any service, any pet or any customer. We give no advice about insurance and we are not licensed to do so. GoPaw does not undertake to protect you against the risk that a provider’s insurance is insufficient or does not respond to a claim — ask the provider directly for a current certificate of insurance. Providers are independent businesses; GoPaw is not their insurer, guarantor or broker.
